Although it's probably obvious...our Why for doing this is to better and best serve you...the amazing Pet Parents of Abbotsford, during this trying time. The COVID-19 virus is affecting each and every one of us, and as a team we care deeply about you and want to make sure that you and your families are safe and healthy. Simply put...without you, we wouldn't be here.
So, with your well being and your pets in mind, we have the resources to quickly put together this 'to your front door' delivery service. We offer some of the highest quality Dog and Cat products in the city and we shouldn't be denying your pets those products because you're staying safe at home.
At Just About Pets our intention is to remain open and serving the Dogs and Cats of Abbotsford for as long as we can, and we'd like to thank you for continuing to support us as well. Our Grooming Salon continues to be busy and Doggies are still coming for Doggy Daycare. But, offering this delivery service is the next 'right thing' to do to evolve our business for you and your precious pets.

Ordering from Just About Pets is easy.
The only thing you need is to know what brand, what recipe, what size and how many of what you're looking for you want. And...we're giving you two different ways of letting us know what you're looking.

Paying for your order is very easy. Just About Pets will have a portable payment machine that you can use upon receiving the product, just like when you order pizza! Or, you can pre-pay for your order over the phone with a credit card when you're confirming your order with one of our staff.
How to get FREE delivery?
Earning FREE delivery from us is easy. We will drop off your products to your door, no charge if your order total reaches $50. If it's under $50, there will be a small $5 delivery charge.

We just ask for some flexibility as some items may be a little delayed based on availability these days. But, we've been assured by our suppliers that they have nearly everything they would normally stock.

When are we delivering?
We intend on having 3 different delivery days throughout each week, starting the week of March 16th 2020.
Days of the week:
Monday Wednesday Friday.
Times: Delivery times will vary from 12 o'clock Noon, until 6pm.
Please be aware that we will have a portable payment machine for your convenience, but we do request that someone be home for receiving the order.
Clearer expected delivery times will be given once your order is received.
Exceptions can be made upon request.

Delivery range for this new service will stay within range of the Abbotsford geographical region.
We will be delivering to all within the areas West of No. 3 Road, East of Bradner Road, North from the USA border and south from the Mission Abbotsford bridge.
